Education plays a very vital role in our daily livlihood for it is the base of socio economic development. India has major set backs when it comes to educating the marginal sectors of society.

We, The Henry Foundation are a Non Government Organisation (NGO) who wish to help the underpriviledged children by funding them for their education.

Mary, a poor and underprivileged widow lives with her daughter in the neighborhood of Babusapalya. She labours all day as a domestic help in her nearby region. Her every day errands hardly provide sufficient earnings to support her livelihood. Her one and only daughter is attending class five at the New Generation National Public School. Her schooling is funded by the Henry Foundation.

Pushpabhayi, a mother of two daughters resides in Kothanur and works as a house maid in MM Road. The elder daughter Bhavaneshwari studies in Corporation PU College and is currently doing her II PUC whereas the younger daughter Chaitra is doing her Class X in Sri Siddarth Sanivasa High School. Both these daughters suffer from long term ailments and the income earned is spent on their medical expenses. These children are funded by the Henry Foundation for their education.

Bindu, a house maid who resides in Lingarajapuram and works in Oil Mill Road.. She is a mother of two children Sowmya and Shyju. Sowmya studies in Class VII and Shyju studies in Class III at New Florence Public School. Despite all of her hard work Bindu’s earnings are barely able to suffice for their livelihood. Hence these children have been sponsored by The Henry Foundation for their education.
